Common questions
How do people sign in?
Through your organisation's single sign-on. Each person signs in at their level (owner, director, manager, finance, employee, and so on) and lands on their own queue — the tasks assigned to them and the approvals waiting on them. A first login is linked to the right person by email automatically.
Does my company's data leave our servers?
Routine AI — reading messages, classifying, deriving context — runs on a local model in your deployment. Only high-level management questions can use a cloud model, and only if you configure a cloud key. Vyuha can also run fully on your own infrastructure. See the Privacy Policy.
Can we import our old WhatsApp history?
Yes. Old chat is imported for context only — it makes the system smart about your company (who owns what, your vertical, your glossary) without generating a wall of stale tasks. Live conversation is what assigns new work.
Where are the mobile apps?
The iOS and Android field apps (bundle com.rosnil.vyuha) are
rolling out to TestFlight and Google Play internal tracks. Ask us for an invite;
the web console at app.rosniltech.com
is available today.
How do we export or delete our data?
Administrators can export the organisation's data from the console or by request, and request deletion at any time. See Data Deletion.
