Where your data lives
- Your company's records are stored server-side, isolated per tenant — no company can see another's data.
- Can be deployed on Rosnil-managed cloud or inside your own infrastructure for full on-prem control.
- Sensitive fields (salary, bank) are masked by role and access is logged in an append-only audit trail.
- Export or delete your organisation's data on request — you stay in control of the record.
How the AI runs
- Routine understanding — reading messages, classifying, deriving context — runs on a local model on your servers.
- Only high-level management questions (the command bar, company Q&A) may use a cloud model.
- With no cloud key configured, everything falls back to local, then to deterministic rules — the loop still works.
- The AI only ever proposes; a person or a policy confirms before anything becomes a committed record.
