Terms of Service — Vyuha

These Terms govern access to and use of Vyuha (the "Service"), provided by Rosnil Technology Private Limited ("Rosnil", "we", "us"). By accessing the Service — via the web console at app.rosniltech.com, the mobile apps, or the API — you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.
1. The Service
Vyuha turns your organisation's conversations and inputs into structured, auditable work — tasks, approvals, payments, projects and records — with an AI understanding layer. Features may change as the Service evolves.
2. Accounts & access
Access is through your organisation's single sign-on and role-based permissions. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Administrators are responsible for who they grant access to and at what level.
3. Your data & ownership
As between you and Rosnil, your organisation owns its data — the content you put into Vyuha and the records derived from it. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data to operate the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it and do not use it to train models for other customers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content or activity, no attempts to breach security or tenant isolation, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no using the Service to infringe others' rights, and no routing data you have no right to process. 5. AI outputs
The AI layer proposes — it extracts, classifies and summarises to help you act faster. It can be wrong or incomplete. A person or a configured policy confirms before a proposal becomes a committed record, and you are responsible for decisions made using the Service. See the AI Policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance, and factors outside our control, may cause interruptions. Any specific availability commitments are set out in a separate agreement where one exists.
7. Fees
Where the Service is provided under a paid subscription, fees, billing and renewal terms are set out in your order or agreement. Internal and evaluation deployments may be provided without charge and without any service commitment.
8. Warranties & liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or, for no-fee deployments, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, you may request export of your data, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
