Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every app, website, and service operated by Rosnil Technology Private Limited ("Rosnil"). It is part of our Terms & Conditions. By using a Service you agree to this AUP.

1. Prohibited activities

You must not use, and must not allow anyone else to use, the Services to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
• create, alter, or distribute forged, fraudulent, or deceptive documents, or misrepresent the origin or authenticity of any document;
• impersonate any person or organisation, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• process or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• process content you are not authorised to handle, including another person's identity, financial, health, or confidential documents without a lawful basis;
• create or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or obscene material, or child sexual abuse material (which we prohibit absolutely and will report as required by law);
• upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or attempt to derive source code from the Services, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure, or circumvent any security, usage, or access limitation;
• remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice, or use our names or logos without permission;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted.

2. Your responsibility

Because our apps process content on your device, you control what you put into them and what you do with the output. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring your use is lawful and authorised.

3. Enforcement

Violating this AUP is a breach of our Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your access and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law-enforcement requests that are valid under applicable law.
