Data Deletion & Your Rights

Effective date: 24 July 2026 · Last updated: 24 July 2026 · Version 1.0

This page explains how to delete your data from apps published by Rosnil Technology Private Limited ("Rosnil") and how to exercise your privacy rights. It supplements our Privacy Policy. (App Store / Google Play reviewers can use this page as our data-deletion URL.)

Important. Our consumer apps store your documents and data on your device, and we do not hold a server-side copy or an account for you — you can delete everything yourself, instantly, at any time (see §1). Our hosted business system Vyuha stores data server-side on your organisation's behalf; deletion for it is described in §2a.

1. Delete data inside the app

2. Accounts

Most of our consumer apps do not create accounts, so there is no account or server-side profile to delete — the note above (on-device, nothing held by us) applies to those apps.

Some apps — such as Parvani — offer an optional sign-in (Apple, Google or phone number) for household and subscription sync. If you created an account, you can delete it and your household at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or by emailing us. This permanently removes your account, household and the profiles you shared from our servers (anonymized metering/audit records may be retained as required for security and compliance). If you never signed in, there is no account or server-side profile to delete.

2a. Hosted business services (Vyuha)

Vyuha is different: it is a hosted business system that stores an organisation's operational data server-side, isolated per customer. Deletion works at the organisation level:

See the Vyuha Privacy Policy for the full processor terms.

3. Make a request to us

Because we do not hold your content, there is normally nothing for us to delete on our side. If you have contacted our support and want the emails or their contents deleted, or you want to exercise any other privacy right (access, correction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent), email us and tell us what you would like:

Email: rosnil@apeitnow.com
Subject: "Data request — [your app name]"

We will verify your request as needed and respond within the timeframe your law requires (generally within 30 days, or sooner where mandated).

India — your DPDP rights. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025, Data Principals in India may access a summary of their personal data, seek correction, completion, updating and erasure, raise a grievance (answered within 90 days), and nominate someone to exercise these rights on death or incapacity. For a child (under 18) we require verifiable parental/guardian consent and do not run targeted advertising directed at children. Details are in the India section of our Privacy Policy; if unresolved, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
