Where are my PDFs stored?

On your device, in the App's private storage. They are not uploaded anywhere. Open My PDFs to find everything you've created.

Do you upload or see my documents?

No. All scanning, image-to-PDF conversion, and text recognition happen on your device. Nothing is sent to us.

How do I share or save a PDF?

Open a document and tap Share. Your device's share sheet lets you send it to WhatsApp, Mail, Files, iCloud, Google Drive, and more.

How does "Extract text" work?

It reads the text in your pages on-device so you can search your documents by their contents. The text stays on your device.

How do I hit an exact file-size limit for a portal?

When creating a PDF, open the size options or the Ready to Submit presets and pick a target such as ≤200 KB or ≤500 KB. The App compresses to fit.

I lost my documents after reinstalling.

Documents live only on your device, so uninstalling removes them. Keep copies of important files using Save to Files or your cloud drive.

How do I delete a document?

In My PDFs, use the delete (trash) action on the document.
