Copyright & DMCA Policy
Effective date: 8 September 2026 · Last updated: 8 September 2026 · Version 1.0
Rosnil Technology Private Limited ("Rosnil", "we") respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright in any Rosnil app or website (including apps published under our "ApeLabs" store name), and how we respond. It implements the notice-and-takedown process of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and comparable obligations under India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
1. How to report infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act for one) and believe content in a Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (below) that includes all of the following:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a screen, feature, or specific text or image);
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability for damages under §512(f).
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Send copyright notices to our Designated Agent:
Copyright Agent — Rosnil Technology Private Limited
1st Floor, Shop No. 14, Palm Beach Residency, Akhandanand Saraswati Marg,
Nerul West, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Maharashtra 400706, India
Email: copyright@apeitnow.com
For U.S. DMCA purposes this agent is also registered with the U.S. Copyright Office Directory of Designated Agents.
3. What we do with a valid notice
On receiving a compliant notice we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified, and, where we can, notify the person responsible for it so they may submit a counter-notice.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send our Designated Agent a counter-notice that includes your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, with consent to jurisdiction as required by §512(g). We may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the original complainant files a court action.
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
6. A note on how our apps work
Most content in our apps is either created by us or licensed, and much of what you see is computed or stored on your own device rather than hosted by us. Where a Service does host or transmit content, this policy governs infringement claims about it.
