Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for apps published by Rosnil Technology Private Limited ("Rosnil"). It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

Key point. All purchases and subscriptions for our apps are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the store you bought from, under that store's policies. We do not separately process card payments.

1. Purchases

Some apps or features may be free, one-time paid, or subscription-based. The price, billing period, and what you get are shown at the point of purchase in the app store before you confirm.

2. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not by deleting the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

3. Refunds

Because Apple and Google are the merchants of record for in-app purchases, refund requests are handled by them:

Apple / App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play: request a refund through the Play Store order history or Google Play support.

Store refund decisions are subject to their policies. Where the law of your country grants you a statutory right to a refund or cancellation (for example, certain consumer-protection or distance-selling rights), those rights are unaffected by this policy.

4. Free trials

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial length and terms are shown at sign-up.

5. Price changes

We may change prices for future purchases or renewals. Where required, the store will notify you and, for subscriptions, seek any consent needed before a changed price applies to your renewal.

6. Contact

If you have a billing question we can help with, contact us — though store-processed payments must ultimately be resolved through Apple or Google.
