Terms of Service — PDF Maker

These Terms govern your use of the PDF Maker app ("the App"), published by Rosnil Technology Private Limited ("Rosnil", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents, images, and files you process with the App. Because the App works on your device, we do not access, store, or claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the right to use and share it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to process or share material you do not have the right to use; to create unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or impersonating documents; or to reverse engineer or interfere with the App except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Intellectual property

The App — including its design, code, name, and logo — is owned by Rosnil and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

5. Updates

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required for the App to keep working correctly.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated PDFs will meet the specific requirements of any third-party portal or recipient. You are responsible for reviewing your output before you rely on or submit it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosnil will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Because your content is stored only on your device, you are responsible for keeping your own backups.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the licence if you materially breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
